By using DAYLY services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

DAYLY connects households in Mumbai with independent service professionals for daily home tasks. Availability may vary by location and time.

Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled slot may incur a fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to provide a safe working environment for our professionals and clearly communicate the scope of work.

Service Quality

We stand by our work. If you are not satisfied, report concerns within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-service or refund where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

DAYLY's liability is limited to the value of the service requested. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of DAYLY constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
